Consistency…

it really is a boring word.  And sometimes the process isn’t very exciting either.

Which is crazy, because it’s a huge factor in our success.

Consistent quality of work.
Consistent customer experience.
Consistent employee and tech experience.
Consistent payment of bills. (Especially payroll)

Consistent is so important.  But, it can also be a double edged sword.

You see, if you’re consistently doing the same type of advertisement.  Consistently experiencing the same problems….

Well, it’s not always a good thing.

You know what’s better than being consistent?

Consistently improving.  And that, is truly hard.  It can be a grind.

It’s always a challenge, trying to get a little bit better.  Trying not to be complacent.  Especially when the world is in turmoil.

I’m sure a ton of you guys are just like us here in Orlando, and business is busier than ever.

But, there are also challenges that are new.

We’ve got delays on materials, supplies, etc.

We’ve got homeowners who are… how do I put this nicely… overly involved?

They normally wouldn’t be home watching us, judging us, trying to put in their “two cents” every two minutes.

It’s funny how many white collar guys become experts when they’ve got nothing better to do lol

But even in the face of that, we’re trying to always be consistently improving.

I wanted to remind you.

Pick you goal, choose how you’re going to measure the success, and work towards it.

Regardless of what else is going on.

Slowly, surely, step by step.

You’ll get better.

And the gradual improvements make a MASSIVE difference over the course of several years.
